Meet Mark Mason
Mark Mason is our fuels specialist in Edmonton, bringing over 22 years of experience in the hydrocarbon fuels industry. He has worked with the Ontario downstream hydrocarbon regulator for 14 years and with the Alberta Energy Regulator for 2 years. Mark has led more than 100 explosion and fire investigations involving natural gas, propane, fuel oil, diesel, gasoline, hydrogen, digester and landfill gas. He has extensive knowledge of all Canadian codes and regulations. Mark has CFEI, G1, LP, PM2 certifications.
Meet Allen Bauer
Allen Bauer is a fire and explosion investigator with over 13 years of experience, having performed over 150 investigations at that time. He is a Captain Qualified Fire Investigator with the City of Edmonton Fire Rescue Services Investigation branch and a member of NAFI, FIAA and IAFF.
Meet Martin Coles
Martin Coles is our forensic engineer in Edmonton with over 15 years of experience. He is a licensed professional engineer specializing in electrical engineering and fire investigation. He has performed more than 130 fire investigations, electrical failure analyses, site reviews and code consultations. Martin is qualified as an expert witness in the Supreme Court of British Columbia and has the CFEI certification.
