Personal Injuries: The Cause and the Damages Done

April 14, 2021

Personal injuries can happen anytime, anywhere, and in just a fraction of a second, they can change someone’s life forever.

The claims can be very complex, and for the injured person(s), traumatic. We are often involved in litigation proceedings to investigate causation and review opposing technical opinions. Many of the accidents we investigate are caused by negligence, improper use or defective equipment which can result in death, permanent disability, or long-term injuries.

In this webinar, we will be presenting a few case studies from a variety of incidents. We will be explaining how we came to determine their causes using scientific approaches, methods and equipment and discussing how the results of our investigations helped our clients reach a decision regarding compensation and subrogation.
