About us
Established in 2008, Origin and Cause for Others is a charitable committee which previously focused on raising funds for the Hamilton Health Sciences, Burn and Trauma Unit. To date, the organization has raised over $43,000 for the burn unit, and has contributed other worthy causes including muscular dystrophy, support for single-parent families, food banks and overseas disaster relief.
During 2022, as a company, we decided to pivot in helping other organizations in our community. For 2022, we would like to organize new events/campaigns to raise awareness/funds/volunteer work for Habitat for Humanity. Housing is of critical importance for everyone, but especially for others who have and continue to endure financial difficulties. And especially in an environment where we have witnessed accelerating prices for housing. Let’s help those in need with your time, and money! Please check in at our site for upcoming events!
Origin and Cause for Others operates without corporate sponsorship and 100% of the proceeds go towards supporting organizations and individuals in need.
